He is a graduate in Early Childhood Education from University of Dodoma in Tanzania, and he is currently working as the ECD Programmes Coordinator, safeguarding and protection Focal Person with Tanzania Home Economics Organization (TAHEA Mwanza) for the past seven years. In the past, Damas worked as the Social Welfare Master in a public Secondary School involved with discipline, welfare, gender and relationships between girls and boys.
